Have you ever wondered how diverse personalities like Tiger Woods, Tom
Kite, Ernie Els and the wild and crazy Sergio Garcia can all successfully
compete on the PGA Tour? Seems like the bottom line guy would be more
successful. Or, would it be the technician who always knows his/her swing
and how it works? Perhaps it would be the more laid back player who
doesn’t let all of the pressure get to them. For my money it is the
"grip it and rip it" player who is comfortable with taking
risks!
Truth is, the answer is none of the above and all of the above. The
best players in the world know their behavioral styles ( personality
styles). They totally understand their strengths and weaknesses and they
use that knowledge. They also knowingly use the strengths of the other
styles to produce a well rounded game and get better results.
Do you want that information at your fingertips so you can be a better
player and get better results. Of course you do!
Just imagine...
