Have you ever wondered how diverse personalities like Tiger Woods, Tom Kite, Ernie Els and the wild and crazy Sergio Garcia can all successfully compete on the PGA Tour? They totally understand their strengths and weaknesses and they use that knowledge. They also knowingly use the strengths of the other styles to produce a well rounded game and get better results.
